ASDA x Disney
The Challenge
George at ASDA was preparing to launch its biggest Disney collaboration to date – a 182-piece Toy Story 5 collection spanning bedding, homeware, toys, nursery and fashion.
The photography needed to bring every category together in one believable world.
More than product shots, the campaign had to create spaces that felt lived in, nostalgic and full of personality, appealing to children discovering Toy Story for the first time and adults who grew up with it.
Our Approach
We designed and photographed a series of bespoke lifestyle sets inspired by the world of Toy Story, transforming our studio into everything from an adult bedroom to playful children’s spaces, nursery scenes and social-first flat lays.
Every room was carefully layered with colour, styling and subtle Disney details to create environments that felt authentic rather than themed. Hero products sat naturally alongside toys, décor and everyday objects, allowing the collection to feel like part of real family homes.
Working closely with ASDA and Disney throughout the shoot process, we produced a flexible library of photography for e-commerce, social, digital and in-store use, with every scene planned to work across multiple formats and crops.
The Results
The photography launched as part of George at ASDA’s biggest Disney collaboration to date, supporting a nationwide campaign across stores, digital channels and experiential activations.
The room sets quickly captured people’s imagination online, with parents commenting “This would be my little boy’s dream bedroom!” and asking where they could recreate the spaces for their own children.
The campaign helped transform a product launch into an aspirational world that audiences wanted to step inside.
Let’s talk about your ideas and see what we can make happen.
